Happy Halloween!

So I have to be honest....this year I wasn't really "feeling" Halloween.  And then comes the night of and it was SO cold.  Of course, I put on a smiley face and thought I could at least fake my way through the evening.  We went out to dinner first and had the whole place to ourselves, which meant when the kids were bored they could get up and walk around and check things out.  Then it was time for trick or treating.  Once we were out and going to houses my mood changed quickly.  How could it not?  The kids were having so much fun.  Smiles and excitement and lots of thank yous and Happy Halloween's to all who gave them candy:)  It was cold, but it was a beautiful evening!

Xander didn't get to eat most of his candy(not a bad thing) due to his allergies.  What we did is buy back every piece of candy he could not eat for $.25.  He made $6 and was thrilled as it enabled him to buy the Hero Factory he had been saving for.
