At the end of May we headed to Owen Farm in Hopkiton. For a farm tour with LEAP.
This is a certified Organic farm. It was a great time. Our tour guide Betty was so calm and patient with all the kids. She introduced us to sheep, chickens, a pregnant cow, and a mama pig and all her new piglets. Afterwards we all picnic'd in the shade and some of us ventured on a trail walk. We took Lady Slipper Way and found 2. We also found a Salamander. That was a geat treat! We ended this hot fun day by rope swinging and buying eggs.
